OUR STORY
From the Shop Floor to the Boardroom
Industrial Consulting Company was founded by a team of engineers and operations leaders who spent years inside Egyptian and Arab factories before ever opening a consultancy. We saw the same pattern everywhere: brilliant strategy decks gathering dust because no one connected them to the realities of the production line
So we built a different kind of consulting firm — one that sends engineers onto the floor, measures what actually happens in a shift, and designs improvement programs that survive contact with reality. Today we work with factories, industrial groups, investors, and government institutions across Egypt and the wider Arab world.
Our approach blends global best practice — Lean, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0 — with deep, on-the-ground understanding of regional supply chains, labor dynamics, and regulatory environments. That combination is what lets us move fast without breaking what already works.
