Mohamed Abdel Karim Hassan
Apex Industrial Transformation is founded by Mohamed Abdel Karim Hassan, a distinguished industrial leader with over 30 years of experience in executive roles across the private and public sectors. His background includes former Chairman of Egypt’s Industrial Development Authority (IDA), former CEO of the Industrial Modernization Center (IMC)
and executive leadership roles at major industrial companies including Electrostar Group, Al Helal & Golden Star Group, and Asfour Crystal International. This unique combination of private sector leadership and public policy experience positions him to understand both the strategic challenges facing industrial companies and the broader economic context in which they operate.
